Returns

We’re sure you’ll love your new bike as soon as you open the box. But if you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Bike and pre-installed accessories

When returning your bike, please handle the bicycle, accessories, and packaging with care, and use the original packaging where possible.

If the original packaging is no longer available and replacement packaging is required, a €90 replacement box fee may apply.

It’s important that you treat the bike with great care.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Any applicable charge will reflect the actual loss in value.

Accessories not pre-installed on the bike

Accessories or spare parts purchased on FMRIDE.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
